GeneSpring MS - Level I
| $500(USD) |
R1710A |
1 Day |
Computer Only |
| $500(CAD) |
| Description: |
The objective of Level I training is to teach users how to import mass spectrometry data and properly set up the experiment for data analysis.
Specifically, users will learn how to view their data within the GeneSpring MS interface, perform retention time correction and mass feature filtering for peak alignment,
and apply the proper normalization method to the dataset. In addition, users will learn how to apply various tools in GeneSpring MS to perform quality control at both the
mass feature level and sample level. In doing so, unreliable mass features or poor quality samples can be detected and removed prior to data analysis. |
