Tested and Supported Configuration (This web page requires Microsoft Internet Explorer)
The Operating System(s), MS Internet Explorer and the Oracle 9i versions with the associated Service Packs or Patch Set mentioned in the tables bellow are the recommended and fully supported versions.
The usage of other Service Packs, Security Patches, Patch Sets issued by manufacturer (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle) is supported on a best effort basis.
Software maintenance is available for defects that are reproducible in the recommended and fully supported version of the Operating System Service Pack.
