Even though we offer over 1800 readily available columns Agilent recognizes that some applications require a column that is a little different. That's why we've created the Custom Column Shop. Agilent will design, build and test capillary GC columns with non-standard lengths and unusual film thickness to meet your methods particular requirements.

More Than Just Capillary GC Columns
In spite of its name, the Custom Column Shop does more than just make GC columns. Some of the special column services available are: 

• Connecting guard columns, 
• Putting together dual column systems,
• Evaluating columns with special test mixes or samples,
• Winding columns onto a different size or style cage. 

Don’t forget about CE columns. If it is not in the Agilent J&W catalog, the Custom Column Shop may be the source of that elusive CE column or buffer.

Please note that custom columns with unique film thickness are made from scratch. This process typically takes three to four weeks for manufacturing and testing. Science and art takes time.
