Feature Extraction Software enables the analysis of DNA microarray images generated by the Agilent DNA Microarray Scanner.

Please review the Installation Instructions before downloading and installing the software or patches.

• FeatureExtraction 9_1_1 PatchSetup (2.7 Mbytes) - This patch installer will update Feature Extraction version 9.1.1 to version 9.1.3.

  NOTE: Feature Extraction version 9.1.1 must be installed on your system for this update to work
  If you don't have FE 9.1.1, then you need to download the full installer FeatureExtraction9_1_3Setup (223 Mbytes).
