Mike McMullen leads the Chemical Analysis
Solutions (CAS) business within Agilent's Life Sciences and
Chemical Analysis group (LSCA), with responsibilities for
chemical analysis market orders for all LSCA products, as well
as profit and product development responsibility for gas
chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,
inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and regional
products. The chemical analysis market includes Agilent's
environmental, petrochemical, chemical, forensics and food
customers. McMullen also oversees the agricultural
biotechnology (AgBio) program for LSCA. McMullen joined
HP/Agilent in 1984 as a financial analyst and he has held
several management and senior management positions over the
past 19 years. Prior to assuming his current position, he
lived in Japan where he worked at Agilent's joint venture,
Yokogawa Analytical Systems. His various assignments while in
Japan included entity controller; Japan country manager; and
Japan, China and Korea manager for CAS. He played a key role
in integrating the Japan team with the Asia Pacific field
operations and the Chemical Analysis Group. McMullen holds a
bachelor's degree in economics and business administration
from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Wharton
Business School. |

Nick Roelofs

Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis
Nick Roelofs leads the Life Sciences
Solutions (LSS) business within Agilent's Life Sciences and
Chemical Analysis group (LSCA), with responsibility for the
development and commercialization of key technology platforms
including microarrays, Lab-on-a Chip, mass spectrometry,
bioinformatics and related products. Nick comes to Agilent
from Bio-Rad where he was Group Operations Officer of the
protein separations and analysis, genomics, and food science
business. Nick holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and brings 19
years of experience in the Life Sciences and Diagnostics
industry to LSCA. |

Mike Gasparian

Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis
Mike Gasparian is vice president and general manager of the Materials Science Solutions Unit in Agilent Technologies' Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis business. The unit is focused on developing a microscopy and optical spectroscopy business that can be leveraged into the electronics, materials testing, life sciences and chemical analysis markets. Gasparian was most recently the vice president and general manager, customer and quality. Prior to that, he was vice president and general manager of the company's Multi-Industry Business Unit, part of Agilent's Electronic Measurement Group.
Gasparian joined Hewlett-Packard in 1980 with the Colorado Springs Division in manufacturing engineering. In 1987, he was named marketing manager of the Loveland Instrument Division, and was appointed general manager of the Electronic Measurements Division in 1992, responsible for development, marketing and manufacturing of basic instruments, including oscilloscopes, sources and voltmeters.
Gasparian was tapped to lead Agilent's Electronic Products and Solutions Group Worldwide Field Operations in 1999, and later headed the group's Sales and Marketing organization in 2000. He became vice president and general manager of the Multi-Industry Business Unit in September 2001.
Gasparian received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Colorado. |

Analysis
Lon Justice leads the worldwide sales,
marketing and customer support organization for Agilent's Life
Sciences and Chemical Analysis group (LSCA). His organization
is responsible for developing and managing all sales and
support channels, direct and indirect, that link LSCA's
products and services with its customers. Justice worked as a
chemist in environmental research before joining HP in 1984.
Since then, he has held several positions in sales, marketing
and business development. He was a senior manager at Agilent's
previous Chemical Solutions Business Unit. For the past three
years, he has been vice president of the Americas field
operation, which is responsible for LSCA sales and service in
North and South America. |

Fran DiNuzzo

Fran DiNuzzo leads the Business Development
organization within Agilent's Life Sciences and Chemical
Analysis group (LSCA. He joined HP/Agilent in 1981 as an
R&D project manager in the Avondale (Pennsylvania)
Division and over the past 20 years has held several senior
R&D, manufacturing and marketing management positions.
Prior to assuming his current position, he was vice president
and general manager Integrated Biology Solutions, VP and GM of
Bio-Reagents, Consumables and Services unit. DiNuzzo holds
bachelor's degree and master's degrees in mechanical
engineering from the University of New Hampshire. |

Roger Nalepa

Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis
Roger Nalepa leads the worldwide order
fulfillment organization for Agilent's Life Sciences and
Chemical Analysis group (LSCA). His organization is
responsible for developing and managing LSCA's order
fulfillment supply chains in order to meet customer
expectations while providing a competitive advantage to
Agilent. Since joining HP/Agilent in 1971, Roger has held
managerial positions in R&D, manufacturing, production and
operations. As operations manager for the Avondale
(Pennsylvania) Division, he oversaw the relocation of the
entire division to a new facility in Little Falls, Delaware.
In 1996, he became general manager of LSCA's Shanghai
operation. In 2000, he returned to Little Falls to manage the
consumables order fulfillment team and inventory initiative.
He became the worldwide order fulfillment manager in October
2000. Roger holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in
mechanical engineering from the University of
Michigan. |

Keith Price

Keith Price leads the quality team at
Agilent's Life Sciences and Chemical Analysis group (LSCA),
with responsibilities for its quality management system,
business process metrics system, and customer loyalty. Price
represents LSCA on the Agilent Quality Leadership Team, which
sets quality strategy for Agilent. Under his leadership, LSCA
has reduced its warranty costs from more than 5% of revenue to
less than 1.5% of revenue in two years. He led the effort of
the first HP manufacturing entity to achieve ISO 9002
registration and he also led the first ISO 9001 registration
process for a HP Software and Hardware development entity. He
joined HP/Agilent in 1984 as an electronic engineer and then
moved into a variety of quality consulting and management
roles. Price is a member of the Institute of Quality Assurance
and a senior member of the American Society for Quality. He
holds a master's degree in quality systems management from
Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland. |

Alicia Rodriguez leads the finance, business
development and administration department of Agilent's Life
Sciences and Chemical Analysis group (LSCA). Her
responsibilities include planning and reporting of financial
results, providing business consulting and analytical support
to LSCA business managers, championing business controls, and
delivering cost-effective field administration and finance
processes. As the leader of LSCA's business development team,
she is responsible for acquisition and alliances management,
strategic business planning, market and business intelligence,
and solutions commercialization. Since joining HP/Agilent in
1985, Rodriguez has held positions in the finance and
administrative functions of various product lines, groups, and
field organizations in the Computer Systems, Test and
Measurement and LSCA groups. She played a role in the large
SAP implementation at HP's Computer Solutions organization and
helped launch a start-up that became a very successful
business. She has been a controller within HP/Agilent since
1992. Rodriguez holds a bachelor's degree in business
administration from New Mexico State University. She is a
certified public accountant. |
