- Repair parts, based on availability
Asset Maximization Labor-Only Service Agreement A low-cost support-only alternative for customers who have retired instruments available for parts, it offers contractual diagnosis and repair service after End-of-Guaranteed Support, including:
- Telephone support to isolate and resolve hardware problems
- Preferred response time commitment
- Travel and labor coverage for onsite repairs
- Removal and cleaning of customer-provided parts from retired systems for use in repairs
Asset Maximization Preventive Maintenance Service Continue to rely on maintenance services designed to reduce problems and extend useful instrument life, including:
- Travel and labor to perform onsite preventive maintenance
- Consumables and supplies required to clean, adjust, maintain and test your system
- Documentation of system maintenance.
Asset Maximization Operational Qualification Services We'll provide an annual system OQ that includes:
- Verification of your system’s ability to meet defined performance criteria
- Chemical performance test kit with traceable standards
- Documentation of tests, test results, and a copy of test protocols
- Travel and labor to perform the OQ service
Help getting high-quality Agilent Repair Parts Agilent will continue to supply the parts you need for as long as our existing stock lasts. Unfortunately, once an instrument reaches End-of-Guaranteed Support, many electronic components are no longer produced by the manufacturers, so we can no longer guarantee parts availability.
