CE Capillary Solution Kits
The CE Capillary Solution Kits include all you need to begin your CE analyses: buffers, capillaries, conditioning solutions, test samples, and methods. Each kit is designed to take advantage of the automation of the Agilent CE system to make your time in the laboratory more efficient. All kits are prepared using the same quality procedures as for our buffers and are thoroughly tested and supported.

Plating Bath Analysis Kit
This kit is intended for the analysis of inorganic and organic anions together with some metal cations (e.g. Ni 2+, Cu2+, Co2+) in electroless plating bath solutions. The anionic background electrolyte forms negatively charged complexes with metal cations. These complexes migrate towards the positive electrode and can therefore be analyzed together with other anions in a single run. Indirect UV detection is employed with this kit to visualize anions which have little or no chromophore. Metal cations, which have UV-absorbance, are therefore recorded as negative peaks.The kit is also suitable for the analysis of electro-iron plating solutions, where different levels of Fe2+ and Fe3+ need to be monitored.

Forensic Anion Solutions Kit
This kit contains everything needed for the analysis of toxic anions such as arsenate, arsenite, azide or cyanide. Other inorganic and organic anions can also be analyzed. Since most analytes of these types do not have significant UV absorption, the method uses indirect UV detection.

Cation Solutions Kit
This kit provides everything needed for the analysis of inorganic and low molecular-mass organic cations. It has been specially designed for the analysis of alkali metal ions, alkaline-earth metal ions and alkyl amines in a wide range of matrices. The kit can be used in various application areas, such as water analysis, for determining cations in food and beverages (beer, wine, juice, milk) and OTC (over-the counter) drugs. In addition, alkylamines in industrial chemicals, such as cooling liquids, can be determined.

Double Stranded DNA and PCR Analysis
